Why doesn't Sidorovich offer these two quests?

The following site mentions two quests offered by Sidorovich: "Kill Father Diodor" and "Kill the stalker called Fiend." They are both present in the "quests" section for Sidorovich, available here:

Unfortunately during all my adventures in the Zone, Sidorovich has never offered these quests to me. I've finished Lab X16 but he has never offered these 2 quests to me, even after finishing all of his other quests. Does he offer it after the Brain Scorcher is turned off, or is this a bug?

 

I've uploaded a savegame rar archive where you can see me talking to Sidorovich, with all his other assassination missions finished. Father Diodor is not alive in this savegame, but Oleg "Fiend" Gusarov most definitely is. I still don't understand why I don't get the mission to kill Fiend from Sidorovich. Here's the link:

I just think that the missions (hired killings) are cut off for moral reasons. And I agree with that, if it is so. If you (your's Marked One) prefer to work like a hitman, then there is a mission 'kill stalker from Freedom', by col. Petrenko. You can get PSZ-9 suit (Duty 'Sewa' suit) for it, it is much more challenging, the man is inside the Freedom base, and it has real use - Duty simply doesn't want to share military Pripyat maps with Freedom, and the poor gyu has them. :-( I personally never have killed anyone in S.T.A.L.K.E.R. just for money or stuff. There have to be some other, 'higher' reasons, if it is ever, and can be, really justified to kill one for something not connected with yourself. And ingame this is hardly possible. :-)

It is very much doubtful. Don't overestimate the moral standards of Ukrainian developers . Here in Eastern Europe we don't think about politcorrectness as much as you do.

It means that you didn't finish other missions exsept assassination? (sorry, i can't to try you savegame now)

And if you already killed Diodor maybe the mission will not appear any more...

Great to see you again. I made lots of new bug reports which I think you should read.

 

I know that with Diodor dead (though to be more precise, in my playthrough he either never spawned in or else was killed long before I got to him), his quest won't appear. The problem is Fiend's quest isn't appearing either, despite the fact that he is still alive in my save game.

 

If you load up my savegame and talk to Sidorovich, while telling him you completed the last "normal" assassination quest (which is "Kill trader stalker") he will not give out the "Kill the stalker named 'fiend' mission."

 

While it's true that my game lost its features after one month of ingame time passed, I managed to fix it with a new amk.script file from wodkagt which I had to hotfix due to my version of AMK not having a file called "amk_shooting.ppe" Could this be part of the problem? I've made another thread about this.
