Is there a way to add .bones file to an existing .object file? In Actor Editor there's a button "load" but only when there ARE already some bones... I want to add saved skeleton to a new mesh... tried to do it with converter.exe, but didn't find any solution for it...

utak3r, The .bones file does not contain the bones itself.

 

Oh, I see...

Because of this I had to find my old and dust-covered CD with MAX8, as bardak's plugin for MAX2010 doesn't export bones - only the mesh and textures :(

And - why, oh why XRay is so picky when loading objects? Every little mesh mistake and it crashes :mellow:

 

Another question: how to prepare a weapon so it can hold few various optics or grenade launchers? I mean, not at the same time, of course ;)

Оne model contain only one grenade launcher or scope... But you can use "Night scopes" by Kirag

update data left in explosive_barrel

секция explosive_barrel => 'cse_alife_item_explosive' в acdc прописана.

 

It means that in your acdc.pl, in section_to_class table, explosive_barrel has a wrong class set - or eventually one item before it in this table.
